SMC Grease Specialist, Inc. is a family owned business, founded by Sal Coco in 1994. His experience in the industry dates back to 1985. Sal Coco, with his exceptional team has built an organization around providing Value and Exceptional Service to our customers. Being in the commodity end of the world it is constant work for us to make sure we have competitive rates and good service. In a continuing effort to keep costs down and to be environmentally conscious SMC has been searching for better uses of the used kitchen oil that is collected from our customers. SMC Grease Specialist, Inc. and Imperial Western Products work together to convert your used cooking oil into biodiesel which is a clean burning vegetable oil fuel called Biotane. Biotane is the only alternative fuel that has successfully completed and passed the EPA tier one and tier two health affects test. Biotane is no more toxic than table salt. Its advantages are that is safe for the environment, biodegradable and produces much less air pollution.

Our goal at SMC is to provide good service at the lowest possible cost without any sacrifices to our customers.
