Grease Trap Pumping (READ MORE)
SMC Grease Specialist proposes to service the grease traps on schedule. The service will consist of:
* Pump the grease trap to the bottom of the tank
* Cleaning of the sample box (inspection box)
* Scrape down the walls
* Pressure wash the grease trap
* Inspection of the grease trap, inlet middle & outlet T- pipes

Inspection report will be filled out for each location during pumping. Inspection reports will be left with each store location as well as mailed with the invoice.

A manifest form will be sent to the city’s that require to have manifest forms filled out, a copy will be sent to you for your records as well. In the event that we find any problems with the grease trap, we will photograph them so that the owner may see the damage.

In order to do repair to a grease trap we have to pump it first, enter the grease trap and repair any piping. We photograph the damage before the repairs and then we photograph after. Estimates are always given prior to any work that is done. In the event that we find more damage while doing the repairs we contact the responsible party and get an approval for any additional repairs.

Grease Recycling (READ MORE)
Services provided are as follows:
Grease Removal Services: SMC Grease Specialist proposed to recycle the wasted kitchen oil (yellow grease) on schedule for each restaurant location.
The service will consist of the following:
* Provide each location with a Container - Drum for the disposal of the kitchen oil. Containers and or -Drum to remain the property of SMC Grease Specialist

* Scheduled service to remove the wasted kitchen oil. Schedule to be determined per locations grease volume..

Hydro Jetting & Plumbing (READ MORE)
SMC Grease Specialist, Inc. Hydro Jets and cables Main Lines and Drains. We can set up our customers on a preventative maintenance plan or we can service each restaurant on an as needed basis. Hydro jetting cleans the inner walls of the lines. One of the most important lines is your main lines. Poor maintenance of the main lines can cause back ups of the grease traps all over the parking lot and inside the restaurant.
